Gordana has been entrusted with the task of leading, coordinating and improving the following areas in Retailer No. 1 Delhaize Serbia: Attracting and Managing Talents, Selection and Recruitment, Learning and Development and Employer Branding. As an HR Expert, she is specialized in executive/team coaching, leadership programs, mentoring, effective communication and presentation, high performing teams, talent management and organizational culture. Gordana has more than 15 years of training and coaching experience in a wide range of industries including: retail, pharmaceuticals, software and hardware services, insurance, production, etc. working with managers/leaders, with more than 8.000 training participants and near 2.000 coaching hours. For more than two decades, she has built her career at a numerous international and global companies, leading up to 50 employees, including some of the key roles: Learning Business Partner - NCR, Managing Director - ITJobs, Customer Services Director & Procurement Director - UNIQA. Gordana joined Delhaize Serbia from the position of Executive Director - EAGLE smart, being in charge for Leadership programs and Executive coaching. Gordana is International Coach Federation (ICF) member and she holds Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. She is also Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC), accredited by Erickson International College from Canada, working with executives and teams. Gordana is certified for implementation of Gartner Talent Measurement tools, she is certified Assessor for Assessment and Development Center (ACDC) and NLP Trainer, accredited by the International Association IA-NLP from Switzerland. Gordana graduated from the Department of Statistics and Informatics at the Faculty of Economy, University of Belgrade. She has published more than 50, HR related professional articles, from leadership and communication to employee motivation and excellent customer service, in monthly business magazines: Biznis and Ekonometar.
